Estos términos rigen el uso de BranchRelay. Al usar el servicio, tu organización los acepta.
1. El servicio
BranchRelay es una aplicación web para operar cadenas de restaurantes: tablero, sedes, checklists, tickets, auditorías, biblioteca, aperturas y anuncios.
2. Cuentas y acceso
El acceso se controla por roles. Tu organización es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales y de las acciones realizadas bajo sus cuentas.
3. Uso aceptable
No se permite usar el servicio para fines ilícitos, intentar vulnerar el aislamiento entre organizaciones, ni acceder a datos de otras marcas.
4. Tus datos
La información operativa que introduces es y sigue siendo de tu organización. Nos concedes lo necesario para alojarla y procesarla con el único fin de prestarte el servicio. El tratamiento se rige por la política de privacidad.
5. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para mantener el servicio disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas ajenas. El servicio se presta "tal cual", sin garantía de operación ininterrumpida.
6. Tarifas
Los planes y precios se acuerdan por separado en tu contrato u orden de servicio.
7. Confidencialidad
Cada parte protege la información confidencial de la otra y la usa solo para lo previsto en estos términos.
8. Responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos o lucro cesante. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo pagado por el servicio en los meses previos al hecho.
9. Vigencia y terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el servicio cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas ante un incumplimiento de estos términos. A la terminación, se aplica la sección de conservación de la política de privacidad.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos la versión vigente aquí con su fecha.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU., sin perjuicio de sus normas de conflicto de leyes.

These terms govern the use of BranchRelay. By using the service, your organization accepts them.
1. The service
BranchRelay is a web application for running restaurant chains: dashboard, locations, checklists, tickets, audits, library, openings and announcements.
2. Accounts and access
Access is controlled by roles. Your organization is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken under its accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to break the isolation between organizations, or access another brand's data.
4. Your data
The operational data you enter is and remains your organization's. You grant us what's necessary to host and process it solely to provide the service. Processing is governed by the privacy policy.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions can happen due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. The service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted operation.
6. Fees
Plans and pricing are agreed separately in your contract or order form.
7. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only as set out in these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the months preceding the event.
9. Term and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for a breach of these terms. On termination, the retention section of the privacy policy applies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the current version here with its date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
